View stock by location

Use this inquiry to search by location and display the stock detailed information of a product sorted by product and license plate number.

General overview

Open: Stock control > View stock by location

Operating mode

The initial page displays the list of locations.

  1. Scan or tap a location. The list of products displays.
  2. Tap a product.
    • The list of license plate numbers assigned to the product displays.
    • The product stock detail displays if the product is not managed by LPN.
  3. Tap an LPN.

    The product stock detail displays.

Step by step

List of locations

By default, the list displays all locations that are linked to the site defined in the Site screen.

 

 
Use the Search field to filter the list: Enter the first character(s) of the location.
   

Each location displays the following information:

  • Location code
  • Location type
   
 
   
   
   
 

Scan or tap a location to display the list of products.

List of products

The list displays all products assigned to the selected location.

 

 

The header displays the following information:

  • Selected location code
  • Number of products within the location
   

Each product displays the following information:

  • Product code
  • Product description
  • Number of lots and sublots
  • Stock quantity and stock unit of measure
   
   
 

Tap a product to perform one of the following actions:

  • Display the list of license plate numbers.
  • Go directly to the product details, if the product is not managed by LPN.

List of license plate numbers by product

The list displays all license plate numbers assigned to the selected product.

The header displays the selected product and the following information:

  • The stock quantity, stock unit
  • The number of license plate numbers

Each LPN displays the following information:

  • License plate number
  • Count of lots and sublots
  • Stock quantity and stock unit of measure
 

Tap a license plate number to display the product stock details.

Product details

The screen displays the product details, sorted by license plate number if the product is managed by LPN.

The header displays the following information:

  • The product picture when it exists in the Product settings (GESITM)

  • The product code and product description

  • The license plate number (if the product is managed by LPN) or the location (if the product is not managed by LPN)

  • The stock quantity and stock unit
  • The number of lots

If it is a lot tracked product, each lot number is displayed as a sub-header.

This sub-header separates each stock detail information.
Management by exception applies here: Product detail fields are dynamic and display depending on the Product settings (GESITM). For example, the Lot and Sublot fields display only if the product is managed by lot.

If the serial number management mode of the product is Global Received/Issued, a View list link is available from the serial number field. Tap to display the list of serial numbers.
